This is me

I was born in the City of Portsmouth in Hampshire, completing a degree at Portsmouth University with a 1st class honour and I still live here today with my amazing family.

Alway's having been a creative and caring person with a passion for travelling, capturing memories and moments in time that I can share. I love documenting the world around me to allow others to fully immerse themselves into the moments whilst I record the memory for them through photography in a natural and authentic way.

I must start my day with a strong cuppa tea and of course of an evening or weekend a lovely cold beer, especially when the sun is shining!

I am proud

I Graduated with a 1st Class degree in Photography using only film because digital was only just starting to make an appearance, I am proud to say that I am a self taught digital photographer and yes that does include photoshop!

Blimey I cannot imagine now not being able to instantly see the images, it's mad to think that I shot my first ever wedding using film! I have since had the pleasure of shooting a variety of special occasion's, events, parties and most recently brand shoots. All of which have been relaxed and candid, capturing the moments as they unfold in a non obtrusive manor, blending into the background as if I wasn't even there. Of course there are moments that require direction and a little guidance but these are kept to a minimum because I am all about being authentic and natural because lets face it who wants fake? Not me thats for sure.

Life hasn't ever run smoothly I have had more than my fair share of bumps in the road and I keep joking about writing a book about them there have and continue to be that many, maybe one day I will....but there is one thing that I always come back to and that is the love I have for Photography.

If there is only one thing I could say to you, it is that if you entrust me to be your photographer I will poor my heart and soul into capturing, documenting, editing and delivering those moments for you.

I have always been such a creative, caring and giving person so what better way than to share this is through the magic of imagery!
